Charge Sheet Produced by ACB in HSS Hadipora Embezzlement Case

Anti-Corruption Bureau Kashmir Srinagar presented Charge sheet in Case FIR No. 14/2012 P/S ACB U/S 5(2) J&K P.C Act, Svt. 2006 and Sec. 120-B. 420, 467, 471 RPC and Sec. 4-A (Amendment) Act 2014, in the Hon’ble Court of special Judge Anti-Corruption Baramulla, for judicial determination against 1). Ghulam. Qadir Dar then Principal Govt. Higher Secondary School Hadipora and 2) Mohammad Afzal Bhat then Sr. Assistant Govt. Higher Secondary School Hadipora. The accused persons during their posting in the HSS Hadipora during the period 6/2008 to 01/2011, in connivance with each other have entered into a criminal conspiracy, misused their official positions and by making insertions in Bank instruments / advices have embezzled huge amount to the tune of Rs. 26, 98,722 by way of drawing salary/ supplementary salary/ arrears which were not due to the School Staff ( non-existent employees) from the Govt. exchequer.
